IWAKI Co. Japan was founded in the late fifties by Mr. Y. Fujinaka, together with a good friend. From the very beginning, the concept was to supply pumps for aggressive iquids, and IWAKI was the first manufacturer in the world to mass produce magnetic drive centrifugal pumps in synthetic materials.

IWAKI is an international enter-prise, specialized in manufacturing pumps for aggressive liquids.
IWAKI in front as the world leading supplier of pumps for aggressive liquids. Today, IWAKI employs more than 700 people worldwide, and the pump programme includes more than 600 different pump types - all without shaft seal - for aggressive liquids and/or for dosing.
IWAKI pumps since 1974
Members of the Confederation of Danish Industries have been using IWAKI pumps since 1974, when A. Feddersen A/S acquired the sole agency for IWAKI in Denmark.
The cooperation between A. Feddersen A/S and IWAKI led, in 1992, to the establishing of the joint venture company: IWAKI Pumper A/S.
Many pump types on stock
IWAKI Pumper A/S markets the entire IWAKI product programme and carries all pump types in stock. The head office in Hillerod/Denmark coordinates the cooperation between the Scandinavian countries and the Baltic states, and also serves as the main store for these countries.

Saitama Plant

Saitama Plant was established in 1974 and has been enlarged several times. Saitama Plant produces large pumps - in smaller quantities.
Miharu Plant

This plant was established in 1977 for mass production of pumps such as: MD - EH and KB. In 1992 the plant was thoroughly modernized.
