Sealless mag drive

Sealless mag drive
Traditional pumps, using shaft seals, will always leak some liquid to the surroundings. Mag drive pumps have no shaft seal. Your pump will remain 100% tight and able to pump even the most demanding and aggressive liquids - without any leakage or emissions at all.

When using a mag drive pump, you will also save costs to expensive shaft seals and to the unnecessary waste of working hours. You will have no operation stoppage, no temporary arrangements, etc. All in all, cost savings in productivity - and on the bottom line.
Dry running capability

Dry running capability
Most IWAKI pumps tolerate dry running. Our patented "Non-Contact" system ensures that no friction heat develops during dry running. Yet another advantage compared to traditional pumps, in which the sealing breaks and has to be replaced in case of dry running.
100% chemically resistant

100% resistant to chemicals
The mag drive and the PP, PFA and ETFE materials, used for the manufacturing of our pumps, provides you with a pump that is 100% resistant to chemicals.

Environmentally friendly
The mag drive ensures no leakage of fumes or liquids to the surroundings. The surrounding environment and the personnel working close to the pumps are protected from possible health hazardous substances.
